AWE is both a method and a practice, a way of understanding how art moves through us. It begins with noticing: how form, color, and sensation capture our attention and invite presence.
Art + Aesthetics: what stirs our senses and perception.
Witness: how we attend to it, with openness and curiosity.
Experience: how it moves through us and reshapes what we feel or know.

The Four Aesthetic Pillars
From my research and practice, I’ve developed four guiding principles. A compass for both creating and experiencing aesthetics in daily life:
Attunement : noticing and receiving aesthetic qualities.
Resilience : staying grounded when aesthetics are misaligned, metabolizing or reframing them.
Ecology : shaping environments so they actively support flourishing.
Agency: expressing and shaping the aesthetic field through movement, sound, image, or words.
Aesthetics are alive, embodied, and available to each of us.
